• Preparing Zonal MIS\' s - FMD / FOD Report, Persistency , Business applied vs paid
• Preparing MIS at TM / RH / BRM level
• FOS level reports - Incentives, Promotion , Contest MIS
• Daily Trackers to be published
• Creating EDM\'s for Zonal Contest
• Raising all DAKSH related claims , travel requests - ZVP
• coordinating with HO Team for all MIS , Updates ,
• Helping and sharing ideas on improvement areas - low performing units , locations , FOS\'s
• Addressing to all field level challenges - CSG , M pro , M Power
• Regular tracker to help TM / RH \'s also to track business movements on a daily basis

Key competencies/skills required

• Good communication & analytical skills
• Deep understanding of business at zonal level
• Should hold excellent knowledge of core processing systems
• Ability to manage & coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline driven, fast paced environment

• Good tracking & follow up skills with multiple departments/stakeholders

Desired qualification and experience:

• A Graduate/MBA
• Experience of 5+ years
