  • Manage a high-volume travel schedule
  • Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Administrative
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Handling Calendar, scheduling appointments, maintaining event calendar and work schedule for concerned client
Project Management (when applicable) & Vendor Management
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Carrying out specific projects and research (if and when required)

  • Channel Training Heads
  • Business Heads
  • BSEs of CPO, CEO, DMD, and Business Heads
  • MDP HR Team
