DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include . Work with workstreams, teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide accurate solutions. . Manage BAU and effective stakeholder management. . Working on IDA BI & Reporting on various strategic initiatives as they arise and enabling the development of the function and related capabilities. . Good Knowledge of data warehousing life cycle - Analysis, design, development of jobs, testing, production deployment, and documentation. . Perform root cause analysis on error analysis data sets to hinder bad quality data occurring across systems and increase the quality of data. . Perform UAT for various developments and maintain the documentation. . Responsible for IDA BI and Reporting so that accurate information flows in our Data Architecture and BI tools. . Supporting internal clients and providing assistance on emails/Team Channel and resolving all Queries. . Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders. . Contribute to the development of the Business Intelligence team\'s tools, skills, and culture and bring favorable impact. You will report to Delivery Lead, Business Intelligence. SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: . Experience in a data role (analytics, specialist, or engineer) supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics, MIS reporting, and BI solutions. . Relevant experience in advanced excels, VBA, and SQL databases. Ability to communicate well with the leadership team, peers, and teams across the globe, manage stakeholders effectively and navigate a matrixed global organization. . Brings in a collaborative spirit, a can-do attitude, and a Customer First mindset . Robust Analytical and time management skills. . Requires a combination of solid execution, strategic thinking, and ability to \'connect the dots . A minimum of a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in a relevant discipline. Desired Skills and Abilities: . Power BI knowledge will be effectively preferred. . Knowledge of the Insurance industry will be preferable. . Applies in-depth knowledge of business and specialized areas to creatively and strategically solve business problems and understand integration challenges and long-term impact . Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management and customer interaction. . Passion for learning BI technology, and digital data, and experience working within data cloud servers.
