Deputy Manager - Business Consulting and Services - 6+ Years - PuneWe are looking for a Female Deputy Manager - Back Office Operations for a leading global leader in BPO Segment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, ensure operational excellence, and drive productivity with knowledge of Annuities/Pensions in a dynamic US shift environment.Location - PuneYour Future Employer - Join a global leader in the BPO Industry, where you will be at the backend for high impact outsourcing dealsResponsibilities -

• Managing daily back-office operations alongside Assistant Managers.
• Ensuring adherence to SLA targets and productivity benchmarks.
• Leading, mentoring, and upskilling associates across cross-functional teams.
• Possessing Knowledge of Annuities/Pensions.
• Collaborating across departments for continuous process improvement.
• Supporting night shift operations and ensure compliance with business standards.

Requirements -

• Graduate with proven experience of 6+ years in managing back-office operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with team handling experience of 2+ Years.
• Prior exposure to annuities/pensions is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a US night shift.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
