: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to maximizing revenue from the assigned brands while remaining competitive in the marketplace. Role Responsibilities Lead generation by meeting potential clients in the assigned territory. Working closely with brands and engaging them in joint business plans Drive topline growth of the selected brands in a defined geography by acquiring new customers and expanding Share of business in existing customers. Drive product sampling and product approvals with the end users in the manufacturing segment. Plan SKU level inventory to be procured from OEMs and brands and to be sold to the customers. Ensure strong compliances on ageing inventory. Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders Ensuring 100% compliance on account receivables and payables Prepare and share weekly/ monthly MIS with internal team and OEMs teams Key Stakeholders With Purpose Internal Operations & Supply chain Teams Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders & Customer NPS Internal enabling teams For managing various stakeholders, customers and team members External Customers Hunting & Account management OEMs/ Brands Procurement, Target setting, New Product launches, Product Approvals Qualification & Experience Essential/ Desirable Work Experience 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales & key account management Should have experience of working with distributors of Brands or Direct Brands of Mechanical/ Power Transmission/ Bearings/ Belts/ Pumps/ Motors like products. Experience of selling industrial products directly to enterprise as well as SME customers Essential Knowledge/ Skills Excellent communication skills Essential High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Essential Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry Essential Must enjoy sales hunting and farming, and driving overall sales targets Essential Education B Tech (preferably in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical engineering) Essential
