• Manage and coordinate the SLA\'s with vendors.

• Lead a project of customize ERP development, from the definition stage up to implementation.

• Manage the infrastructure and operation integrations of acquire companies to the Mexico manufacturing operations.

• Perform added responsibility of book keeping, AR/AP entries, payroll ledger, and financial statements.

• Key responsibilities include business-to-business selling, inventory and logistics management, marketing promotion, and new business development.

• Full oversight of supplier relations including quarterly business reviews with all vendors.

• Develop and implement a system that allows managers to data mine PLC information.

• Install PLC to control rubber mixing and molding line and implement SPC procedures.

• Serve as a principal liaison to DOD COR for the status of the facility systems.

• Plan, design and execute TDL and CTP networks ISO combine (coalition) /joint operations.

• Lead a team of 4 employees to ensure KPI s, departmental and strategic objectives are meet consistently.

• Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong understanding of financial and administrative processes

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
