Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager-Accounting located in Mohali district. The Deputy Manager - Accounting will manage accounting tasks, be accountable for statutory compliance including preparation of tax returns, bookkeeping management and statutory filing. They will work in and across teams, and manage clients while reporting to the Accounting Manager. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Accounting or a related degree with at least 5 years of experience in accounting Proven experience in managing accounting tasks, statutory compliance, bookkeeping management, and statutory filing Good understanding of marketing strategies and techniques as relating to accounting outsourcing services Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with a good grasp of accounting principles and standards Strong experience with computer accounting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite Ability to operate independently and with a team in a dynamic fast-paced business environment.
