We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead for Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) Software Integration, Verification & Testing to spearhead the integration, testing, and validation of our advanced vehicle software systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software integration and testing within the automotive domain, particularly in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) Cluster systems.
Job Responsibility
Software Integration: Lead the integration of software components and subsystems into the overall vehicle architecture. Ensure compatibility and seamless interaction between various software modules.
Verification & Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to verify and validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of vehicle software systems.
Testing Automation: Implement and manage automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance the efficiency and coverage of the testing process.
Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve integration and testing issues. Work closely with development teams to track and fix defects.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration and testing processes, results, and findings. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Compliance: Ensure all integration and testing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in software integration, verification, and testing.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of integration and test engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate testing results, issues, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate can be any B.E (Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication) graduate, MTech or Post graduate Management Diploma with 10-12+ years and proven experience of minimum 5 years in leading and mentoring a testing team.
Experience in testing service-oriented middleware components and knowledge in service-oriented middleware technologies. Experience in DevOps testing, Software factory, virtual validation techniques and embedded base and firmware testing.
Experience and understanding of embedded systems, firmware development, and hardware-software integration with expertise in testing methodologies and tools relevant to embedded systems (e.g., unit testing, system testing, hardware-in-the-loop, SIL testing). Experience in Software-in-loop and Hardware -in-loop. Experience in testing on HPC environments and controllers.
Experience and strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and implementation and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies and SDLC
Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and middleware is must.
Strong knowledge and experience in embedded software development, testing and debugging.
Hands on experience with containerization (Kubernetes/Dockers)
Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS/AZURE) and cloud native services
Experience in working with version control, Strong experience in cloud security like access control, data protection.
Strong programming experience with (embedded C, C++, Java, python, bash)
Strong knowledge of testing concepts like white box and black box testing, software development process.
Basic knowledge of protocols like MQTT, TCP/IP, SOME/IP, ETHERNET, Bluetooth, connectivity, IOT, Wifi, CAN, CAN FD,
Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, methodology, and standards. Knowledge of how different software components (SWCs), communication protocols and diagnostic services are implemented and integrated within AUTOSAR frameworks.
Experience in testing of OTA orchestrator, Containerization, Logging and health monitoring, Inter processor communication, connectivity and diagnostics.
Experience in vehicle level testing and validation.
Knowledge of software defined vehicles, Domain knowledge of Automotive domain, Electric vehicle and its aggregates, Electronics with Embedded domain is good to have.
