• Oversee the promotion of hospital services, including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and specialty treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities, including potential partnerships and satellite clinics.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, ensuring targets are met.
• Plan and execute campaigns for health check-ups, wellness programs, and community outreach.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, patient preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure effective digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and lead generation.
• Represent the hospital at medical conferences, seminars, and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery.
• Ensure a strong online and offline brand presence to enhance hospital visibility.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and other healthcare marketing regulations.
• Drive patient satisfaction and loyalty by promoting exceptional service standards.
