15 - 20 years in E2E SME role

• Excellent SME and virtual Team Management skills backed up by

5 years industry experience in the Telecoms/Enterprise/IT Services industry with proven experience as an SME.

• Knowledge of/experience of delivery within a structured methodology such as TOGAF
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise solutions and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to adjust own style to suit audience and achieve objectives.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills to influence senior management and architects.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken. Able to gain commitments at senior levels across Vodafone OpCos, Partners and Affiliates, Suppliers and internal customers. Specific experience and demonstrable capability around the effective presentation of Architecture concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. e.g., Senior Technology & Business Management, Business & IT Architecture, Group Product Management.
• Ability to deliver within a geographically dispersed matrix organisation - willingness to travel in the UK and Europe in line with Business Needs
• Broad awareness of Telecom Architecture and Telecom Processes.
• Awareness of TMF
• Strong skills in MS-Excel & MS-Power Point, preferably Power BI
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Critical Thinking and team-player

xExcellent hands on in MS Excel, Power BI , MS teams
Good Knowledge of SAFe Framework, Agile and broad ADM concepts to interact with leads.
