Title : Deputy General Manager - Projects & Maintenance (Role of Head Operations)Education : BE Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental. PMP (project management professional) certification preferred.Experience : 15-20 years\' experience in wastewater treatment projects, especially in Sewage Treatment PlantsJob role:The candidate would be responsible for executing and overseeing multiple wastewater projects, ensuring they meet operational and financial goals. The role involves taking full ownership of project delivery, ensuring end water quality as per regulatory standards and ensuring quality maintenance during operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater management, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7Involve in thorough project planning, budgeting, overall site control for civil, mechanical & electrical work, quality execution of work and progress monitoring until Project Handover.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure Project Execution with focus on improving projects goals pertaining to cost, quality, time, safety and compliance.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure optimum resource mobilization, design engineering, manufacturing, inspection, dispatch clearance, delivery, installation, commission and trial run of projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Step in during escalations during project delivery and involve in resolution of customer grievances thereby ensuring that expectations are met as per the scope of the project.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure review of all project-relevant documents in scope of the commercial order processing.\xef\x82\xb7 Detailed knowledge about piping layout including the pipe sizing, valve sizing, bends, miters and any other special mechanical structures.\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for technical discussions with clients on design engineering parameters and finalization of the design as per client requirements.\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for coordination and communication with all stake holders of different internal departments such as engineering, procurement, finance, QA/QC, Control & other Vendors.\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of L4 project schedule and tracking of planned project milestones. Report & solve discrepancies & deviation.\xef\x82\xb7 Risk assessment and risk mitigation during project execution.\xef\x82\xb7 Providing Technical support to team for Operation & Maintenance, Troubleshooting for water & wastewater treatment plants\xef\x82\xb7 Providing leadership to analyze equipment performance metrics for related technologies, execute internal and external benchmarks, and identify gaps in standards, metrics and measurements.Knowledge & Skills Desired:\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Sewage Treatment Plant mandatory. Experience in Water Treatment Plants and Effluent Treatment Plants in current or previous stints also preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience of catering to segments like Infrastructure, Real Estate, Airports and Hospitals desired.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of handling more than 10 MLD STP projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Should be good at written and verbal communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of handling multidimensional projects for multiple clients at a time.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge & implementation of safety norms at project sites.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure delivery as per committed deadlines to client.\xef\x82\xb7 Team Management
