- Develop and execute comprehensive monetization strategies to manage and expand the commercial portfolio, targeting reputed brands. - Leverage past experience in B2B transactions to drive successful sales campaigns. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly in the commercial real estate sector. - Leverage a network of reputed brands and utilize personal connections for business development. - Oversee the management of 3-4 lakh square feet of commercial space, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. - Design schemes for incentivization of sales team to motivate and maximize their potential - Leverage direct working experience with IPC and local brokers to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new collaborative opportunities. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the commercial real estate sector. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. - Lead negotiations for major contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. - Time to time roadshows in other major cities as well and market the product in all leading platforms - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all contract negotiations.
