Experience

• Minimum of 6-10 years in Sales and Marketing strong with an understanding of the book publishing process and related administrative tasks for religious books and magazines.
• Knowledgeable in the Chinmaya Mission's publications and learnings Experience of digital/online sales would be beneficial

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing Books and Magazine sales, marketing, strategies in physical and digital stores across the country
• Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales budgets for zones based on reports of their past sales, expenses and expected sales.
• Keep in touch with current and changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
• Arrange for promotion of sales for new book editions, reprints, magazines
• Work with the Marketing team to generate more leads and to set-up meetings with target Organization including Schools/Colleges (especially for magazines subscriptions), Centre's, book shops, e-channels
• Develop, maintain and grow relationships with Centre's, channels, religious book publishers and shops
• Developing marketing, promotion strategies for new, reprint editions books and magazines and ensure they align with the CCMT mission.
• Planning and overseeing events during festivals, new book launches
• Analyzing own, channel partner's website , e-shops to see the effectiveness of promotions & to determine what drives sales
• Oversee the department's marketing budget and refine campaign strategies for better results
• Networking and meeting the existing partners regularly for service feedback and relationship management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
