Should have at least 12-15 years of experience in Settlements Life cycle management, Corporate Actions, Trade capture / Trade bookings, experience in confirmations, Settlements, and Fails Management, Reconciliation - Cash/position Strong analytical and problem-solving skills particularly regarding complex financial information Strong understanding of Fixed Income/Equity products or structured products skills (e.g. Option, Swap, Forward and other derivative strategies etc.) and excellent understanding of the controls relating to the complete trade life-cycle Strong supervisory and leadership skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have lead a team of 40+ FTE with at least 1 direct reporting at Managerial level Key responsibilities: Adherence to Quality control standards laid down by business Meeting service level agreement on regular basis Regular follow-ups with clients and checking for feedbacks from managers. Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reporting to the management. Ensure that all queries from internal and external parties are dealt with efficiently and professionally. (Essential) Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate, Preferably in Commerce/ Accountancy /Economics (Essential) Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in Finance (Essential) Experience: 12-15 years relevant experience in Investment Banking operations/Capital Markets/Wealth Management.
