Key responsibilities -Individual contributor to driving the Data Centre end-user segment with a critical focus on Data Centre accounts and pitching in as One Schneider Electric.Customer mapping and close collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.Retain the existing DC client and convert the New account to the India DC End User market.Prospect for New segment and to increase the share for Schneider Electric.Creating Business forecast/Market Potential/ Competition analysis and GTM trend.Price realization from the Market with segment focus approach.Connect with the DC EU and all stakeholders, pitching One SE and updating them on the new products, Ecostruxure, and Digital events.Collaboration with all the stakeholders and cross teams to enhance the Business.Increase the footprint of innovative and new offers in the Market.Process driven and fully aligned with organizational goals and priorities, BFO Discipline and digital drive -Sales conversion tool.Knowledge of Basic Finance KPI fundamentals.Key Result AreaNetworking with internal and external stakeholders.Planning and achieving sales goalTechnical and product PresentationMarket, Competition trends, customer mapping, and tapping the Untapped vertical/segment.Commercial competency and understanding of the contract.Competition landscape Technical and Professional Working knowledge of LV/MV/SP/DE Product offering, DC Segment, and One SE approach.QualificationsB.E. Electrical / Electronics with 12+ years of experience in electrical and automation Industry preferably in Key Segment like DC End Users is essential. Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player.
