The role involves working cross-functionally with the product leaders, functions like sales and finance and the senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to drive projects to fruition. Defining Strategy: Define the overall 3-5 year strategy for Collaboration and Connected Solutions, including the revenue plan, product development roadmap, and GTM etc with the concerned product and functional teams. Review external market and internal scenario conduct analytics on current market trends, assimilate analyst reports and provide relevant information to the business. Advise business on go-to-market strategy, keeping them informed of latest developments in technology, conduct competitor benchmarking related to financial performance & operational aspects Identify and Roll out Strategic Initiatives to drive growth Define and own identified and prioritized initiatives Collaborate with the products leads and implement these initiatives on the field Strategy Plan Deployment and Tracking Periodically monitor and facilitate the review of segment dashboard Develop the progress and performance updates for the vertical and projects for regular CEO, Board and other senior leadership reporting Track and review deviations in key internal strategic planning parameter and assumptions regarding the environment Facilitate course correction measures as required Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise:- Product management experience will be a plus Understanding of telecommunications and SaaS industry Business strategy, performance analytics, business case design, and secondary research Good proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Data analytics and interpretation, and the ability to use data to drive business priorities Behavioural Expertise: Ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders Proactive and has bias for action Takes ownership of actions required. Does not get limited to KRA Ability to deal with ambiguity Qualification: Should have minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting or corporate and product strategy role Knowledge of telecommunication and SaaS industry is preferable. MBA with engineering degree is preferred.
