Job Description

Deputy Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

- Lead and oversee the Accounting and financial functions.

- Prepare the company\'s financial statements.

- Supervise and manage the activities of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).

- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure accurate and complete record-keeping of company transactions in accordance with accounting principles.

- Evaluate departmental performance and make necessary adjustments to meet overall goals and objectives.

- Provide training, guidance, and direction to employees to ensure efficient and knowledgeable work performance.

- Update contracts with company members and communicate changes to the accounting staff of those members.

- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations departments on sales and related initiatives to ensure robust accounting processes.

- Prepare financial statements, sales reports, commission reports, analysis, and other management review reports as scheduled or as needed.

- Reconcile and maintain the fixed assets on the general ledger.

- Prepare tax reports for multiple state agencies.

- Produce quarterly, semi-annual, and annual filings.

- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual year-end audit.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 4-6 Years of Experience in Manufacturing industry is a must.

2. The incumbent should have hands on experience in GAAP, mid-year and year end closing.

3. Excellent analytical capabilities.

4. Experience in using MS Excel.

5. Attentive to details.

6. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
