Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Co-ordinate with Building Manager, Soft service Manager, Security Manager, Engineers and other HODs for an excellent Occupants relationship with respect to request/ complaints and Occupant\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.\xc3\x98 To coordinate events, address issues of Occupants well in time and ensure Occupants retention.\xc3\x98 Develop systems and procedures that ensure safety of team members, employees, plant, machinery and property.\xc3\x98 Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from Employee Satisfaction Survey to draw an action plan.\xc3\x98 Develop & Implement the annual plan using customers and management inputs framework, linking the department\xe2\x80\x99s objectives to the unit\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy.\xc3\x98 Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization of energy.\xc3\x98 Ensure that all the HK, Security, Finance and Engineering & maintenance activities/systems are adhered to the standards/efficiency/productivity levels that have been set for the unit.\xc3\x98 Recommend changes in processes, materials and equipment, in order to enhance service levels and improve the operational efficiency.\xc3\x98 Responsible for maintaining the physical plant that includes capital improvements and continuing renovations of the property. Maintain the fire safety system through regular inspection and physical check.\xc3\x98 Coordinate with Procurement for getting the POs issued on time and Finance for releasing Payments.\xc3\x98 Overall responsible of all electromechanical systems in site.\xc3\x98 Implementing the duty roster for engineers & down teams.\xc3\x98 Ensuring the smooth client communication at site.\xc3\x98 Arranging the maintenance for all HT & LT lines .\xc3\x98 Ensuring adequate HSD stock in site.\xc3\x98 Planning of B-check for all DG\xe2\x80\x99s.\xc3\x98 Ensuring the AMC of all Chillers, Lifts & VCB\xe2\x80\x99s.\xc3\x98 To coordinate with EM and ensure coordination with all stake holders like engineers, HK, Security for smooth operation.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Kolkata, WBIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all of the requirements.
