:OverviewThis Role would primarily focus on creating and delivering recurring reports. We are looking for a Leader who will manage this team, ensure SLAs and Quality metrics are maintained, able to handle escalations and manage internal stakeholders
Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Execute reports delivery (reporting and business intelligence focus)o Complete execution readiness for all recurring work in Consumer Capability.o Manage transition of activities in line with the roadmap.o Manage coordination with Sector on deployment of automated tools and smooth execution.o Drive full integration between the reporting team and sector teams, clarity of roles, responsibilities and the workflow\xc2\xb7 Lead the design and alignment of next wave of automation within Consumer Capabiltyo Work with sector and capability leadership team on business asks and design automated solutiono Liaise and align with business partners to setup and execute ongoing business intelligence reportings and enhance it further by deploying automation tools\xc2\xb7 Process management & Data Governanceo Support communication processes with Reporting Capability Leaders and Sector Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)o Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operationso Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and stakeholder feedbacko Establish safe guards and automate data quality checks, e.g., regular trend-watch of data streams to identify and address potential trend breaks.\xc2\xb7 People Responsibilitieso Coach and on- board existing and new members of the team in ways of working and processeso Ensuring smooth transition with knowledge transfer to the newer organizationQualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
  • Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, gained in PepsiCo, a similar scale corporate or as an external consultant.
  • Experience at managing multi-country / functional projects. Able to work within a matrix PMO programme
  • Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Change management experience including comms, HR and legal processes, IT set up and transition.
  • Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid PowerBI, Tablue and other dashboard tools experience
  • High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc.
