Manage Renewal Portfolio and persistency for allocated channels through engagement at all levels
Manage Renewal while concentrating on growth levers in form of GWP, NOP, 13th month, 25th month persistency, Up sell,
Multi Years conversion/retention through various stake holders while ensuring company and channel target are delivered.
Devise Strategies around cohorts where persistency is not in par with desired persistency level.
Provide insights for calling strategies and processed to look at upside in persistency.
Close Coordination with Channel Head, Zonal head and channel Hierarchy for improving renewal collections on critical renewals parameters.
Managing top agents/distributors in the Channel/Zone and providing assistance in renewal & retention.
Publishing MISs and Data support to various stake holder and channel partners while keeping end output as measure.
Lead and drive new initiatives within the team and in concern channel. Partner with sales & distribution team to identify and implement the way to improve renewal performances.
Profile should be currently in Direct Marketing with LI/GI/HI Company
