Location - ThrissurQualification :

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required with MBA in Finance/Fintech or relevant field.

• 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in the financial services industry.

• Proven track record of managing complex financial processes and projects.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, analysis, and risk management principles.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry

Responsibilities :

• Assist the CFO in developing and implementing long-term financial strategies aligned with the business goals of the NBFC.

*Staying informed about regulatory landscapes and transfer pricing best practices.

• Oversee key financial processes, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Work with the treasury team on fundraising, liquidity management, and investment activities.

• Support the risk management function by providing financial analysis and insights.

• Oversee financial compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.

• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

• Analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
