Looking for a senior business manager bringing strategy, operations, people management and financial management experience to support the leadership in its expansion plans. Prior leadership experience within traditional finance or a B2B/B2C fintech firm along with an affinity towards cryptocurrency and digital assets, will be considered a plus for the role. The position reports into the regional CEO.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Regional CEO, India BoD, and ExCo in managing the day-to-day operations in India and handling any local operational issues.- Set up new business processes, procedures and policies through in-depth evaluation, and execution of continuous improvements in best practices.- Drive operational excellence, and actively identify and mitigate operational risks.- Support the strategic planning process, and resource allocations.- Support the CEO in motivating and driving the performance of various front-to-back functions through a hands-on approach.- Support the financial management of the company (planning, reporting, and auditing processes)- Be able to step into any department head role in India to bridge short-term gaps.- Act as an authorized signatory of the company.- Support the development of the company brand and network.Personal Attributes- Resourceful individual with strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership acumen.- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude- Intuitive ability to identify issues before they occur and ability to resolve them efficiently.- Ability to build and foster a strong network of internal and external stakeholder relationships.- Highly motivated to learn, build, and scale a business.- Detail oriented, committed to excellence.- Top notch communication across all channels and across all levelsExperience:- Min 10 years of relevant experience- Prior startup experience as well as experience working in a highly regulated environment- Ability to work within a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders- Should have handled multiple teams or departments- An ability to drive technology adoption in the day-to-day running of the business- A strong affinity towards digital assets
