Job Summary . Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' . To manage Fintech Partnership integration . Ownership of partnership technology capabilities . Internal & External stakeholder management. . Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of changes in required APIs stack Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - . Responsible for technology understanding of various partners and exploring the ways to integrate with BFL core systems. . Work with IT for continuous optimization of the partnership API stack as per business needs . Create business requirement and engage with IT for development of capabilities across systems. . Engage with internal and external stakeholders for seamless technology integrations with partners systems Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications . Graduation or Post Graduation b) Work Experience . Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management with Good understanding of financial/Banking industry. . IT and system Knowledge along with basics of SQL language . Ability to communicate well with all levels of management/stakeholders/colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment.
