Project Deliverables: -Manage Deposits Desk for Bulk Deposits placements of corporate and commercial customers (non-individuals) including rate card maintenance -Drive growth in deposits balances through continuous engagement with clients, frontline teams, treasury team and relevant stakeholders Track growth in deposits by publishing dashboards/ MIS/ presentations to senior stakeholders and committees as and when required along with regular checkpoints on achievements v/s targets -Extensive collaboration with support units to monitor & streamline existing processes and design new processes for continuous improvement in deposits placements -Ensure timely regulatory, audit, compliance and relevant submissions as and when required Query resolution for clients and internal stakeholders for all deposits placement related inquiries -Work closely with Marketing team for creating customer collaterals and devising campaigns Analyse market trends for identification of cash surplus sectors/ industries for new avenues of growth in deposits book -Analyse deposit portfolio and provide insights to frontline teams and key BU stakeholders about the current trend v/s opportunity vis-\xc3\xa0-vis competition performance -Work closely with Tech and Operations team towards diligent deployment of tech solutions post relevant testing (UAT, LVT etc) -Work closely with Group Product stakeholders to drive initiatives at country level to commercialise and grow deposit product offering and to ensure tech orderbook items are prioritized and delivered in a timely manner -Engage with legal and compliance teams for ensuring regulatory adherence Eligibility: -Women with a career break of more 12 months Banking & Financial Services experience preferred -Minimum Graduation Degree required -Good communication skills -Good Analytical skills. -Self-driven and motivatedSkills
- Project management skill set and basic banking system knowledge is welcome
