What will you be doing here?

As a Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, wiring, and configuration of Spintly access control systems across customer locations. As a Deployment Engineer, your job will include but is not limited to:

• Installing ACS devices, door locks, wiring the devices to the lock, and getting the door setup ready will be a major part of the job.
• Troubleshoot wiring, fixing the alignment and installation-related issues.
• Wi-Fi and network configuration.
• Provide on-site technical support for installation and maintenance activities.
• You will be working with our sales and support team to plan the deployments.
• Making sure the quality of the installations is as per the standards defined.

What are we looking for?

• ITI or Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience in the same or similar fields like access control, fire-safety, CCTV.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Good knowledge of voltage levels, wiring, drilling and carpentry work.
• Basic knowledge of software and should be able to use MS-Office.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations as needed.
