Job Description

Our client provides next-generation in-building solutions to deliver high quality, secure connectivity & provide first-party hyperlocal data intelligence.

They are looking for Deployment Director to be based at Gurgaon with following:

- Total 15 to 20 years of experience in large scale design of RF / Telecom /Wi-Fi Networks

- Participate in technical bids with national and regional sales teams to develop the right technology solution. Review requirements to create technical designs and prepare estimates.

- Must have 10+ years of experience in project management, execution & delivery of network designs across multiple locations in India - Lead, optimize the team to ensure the above is achieved seamlessly

- Must have 10+ years of experience in developing Deployment Plan with the solutioning team and create the implementation calendar of functionality and dates in conjunction with the Project Manager.

- Deploy and use appropriate project management tools and standards. Implementation of Wi-Fi indoor and outdoor sites.

- Deliver high levels of Customer Service, Meet agreed SLAs, Manage Acceptance Test and Beta Test

- Work closely with functional partners and global subcontractors / vendors, end users, and other support teams to resolve operational or application issues.

- Work closely and effectively with Director - Contracts & Negotiations to bridge the commercial aspects of client relationships and ensure a smooth handover.

- Budget: Not a constraint for right candidate
