• Expertise in visual merchandising and inventory management
• Excellent customer service and sales analysis abilities
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to create visually attractive product presentations

• Lead and manage department operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store\'s appeal
• Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels
• Provide leadership and guidance to the department team for performance improvement
• Analyze sales data and trends to drive business growth
• Prepare and manage department budgets for maximum efficiency
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Create visually appealing product displays to drive sales
• Achieve category sales no\'s as per AOP plan by day, week & month.
• Store readiness by VM standards& Merchandise presentation standards.
• Maintain the Customer service standards for the store, Implementation of Shrinkage control measures for the category, Adherence and implementation of the SOP\'s in the store
