KRA4 IMS & EHSTo ensure and execute the IMS Standards as applicable for Standaradization of ProcessService Excellency 1.Participating in the IMS review meetings.2.Amending the work procedures as per the changes.3.Identify and implement quality objectives.4.Conduct mock drills5.Complying the Non Compliances reports.
KRA5 Legal, PR & Statutory ComplianceTo ensure the timely compliance of labour, land, forest laws for trouble free working environment 1.Obtain license, plan approval, Competent Person certificate, half yearly and annual returns, accident information, notify the relevant rules on notice boards under the Factories Act.2.Complying the inspection reports of Factory Inspector.3.Application and obtaining Registration Certificate, amendments to Certificate, ensuring Contractors licenses, returns under the Contractor Labour ( R & A ) Act.4.Collecting data on minimum wages and notifying for payments to Contract labours.5.Collecting data on National & Festival Holidays, obtaining their approval and notifying to employees, periodic notice, submission of annual returns.6.Ensuring for deduction of Welfare fund from employees and contractor employees.7.Obtaining policy under EDLI scheme and settlement of claims.8.Periodic returns under the Employment Exchange Act.9.Engagement & registration of Apprentices contracts, Filing the Returns and maintenance of records of apprentices as per the Apprentices Act.10.New constructions plan approval from KDA and Town Municipalities.11.Follow up of labour court cases and coordinating with Advocates, their retainer ship contract and payments.12.Representing in the courts of Labour Deptts including ALC/DLC and Labour Office.
KRA6 Corporate and Unit HR InitiativesTo ensure the legal implications of the ABG policies with that of erstwhile Solaris policiesIntegration of policies 1.Assisting in Personal policies integration.
KRA7 Preparation of Annual BudgetIdentification and listing all needs relating to licensing & legal expenses Preparation of Sectional Budget to improve the image building 1.Listing out the expenses on all the activities.2.Proposing the budget in HR related departmental account heads.3.Monitoring the expenses periodically.4.Accounting of departmental contingent liabilities.
