Job Summary

We are looking for an Production Centre Assistance (PSE Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration) who will be responsible to provide administrative support and manage multiple activities and projects.

This is a permanent role based at Chakan Pune.


What you will do
--------------------



As a Production Centre Assistance you will:


• Coordinate day to day administrative and operational tasks between departments and operating units
• Plan, organize, coordinate and support meetings, events, and similar activities
• Perform general office support to the department (incl Microsoft Office knowledge)
• Travel planning and management
• Finance/Cost support
• Participate in business administration projects
• Support with relevant communication activities (incl team site administration)
• Attributes to be successful in the role: Have a customer-oriented approach, result driven, ambitious to develop oneself within Tetra Pak, precision and accuracy in the daily work, flexibility, and agility in managing ambiguity or facing challenges.
We believe you have

• Should have 3-5 years on experience with bachelor's degree.
• Provide administrative support and manage multiple activities and projects in that area on departmental level.
• You are expected to collaborate with different functions to analyze issues observed in different processes and implement the improvement projects.
• Independent, very communicative, and problem-solving-oriented work style.
• Strong team player attitude with the ability to inspire others.
• A collaborative, self-motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking.
• Strong in administrative and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement is a natural part of your way of working.
