Apply Now!The positionAs a Department and Project Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the department. Manage and organise documentation, records, and correspondence.You will also be entrusted with below responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, file management, and maintain office supplies. Manage calendars for managers and department activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation and manage ad-hoc requests.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, seminars, and events.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams. Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities and projects.
  • Support stakeholders (internal and external) by providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role. Additional education or certification in office administration or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in calendar management applications.
  • Experience with SharePoint and other administrative software.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
