We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments. The Dentist will educate patients on oral health, maintain patient records, and manage clinical and administrative tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.Perform dental procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, and crowns.Preventive Care:Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.Advise on diet, brushing, flossing, and other aspects of dental care.Clinical Duties:Conduct thorough dental examinations and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays.Administer anesthetics to manage patient pain during procedures.Ensure the safe use and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Manage dental staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.Order and manage dental supplies and equipment.Professional Development:Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.Attend continuing education courses and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.Compliance and Safety:Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the dental practice.Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized.
