Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential customer and business opportunities.

• Generate leads through various channels, including orthodontic data base, cold calling, networking,

and online research.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and Product Detailing to prospective clients.

• Demonstrate the features and benefits of the Flash Aligner System and relevant services.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Flash Certified Orthodontist.

• Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.

• Close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the sales reporting software.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

End User Experience:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from

end-users, ensuring their satisfaction with the Flash Aligner experience.

• Education: Offer guidance to end-users on post-scan care or follow-up procedures, if necessary.

• Professionalism: Uphold a high level of professionalism and ethical standards throughout the entire

process.

Continuous Improvement:

• Feedback: Gather feedback from end-users and internal stakeholders to identify areas for

improvement in the customer experience.

• Training: Stay updated on the latest advancements in the industry and undergo training to enhance

your skills.

Pay: From ?400,000.00 per year
