Job Title: Dentist Employee

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dentist Employee to join our clinic and provide exceptional dental care to our patients. As a Dentist Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our patients by diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing oral surgeries, and educating on proper oral hygiene practices. The ideal candidate must possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform dental examinations and screenings to assess patients' oral health conditions.

2. Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans based on patients' needs.

3. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and diet recommendations.

4. Administer anesthetics and numb patients to ensure pain-free dental procedures.

5. Carry out dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and crown placements.

6. Interpret diagnostic images (x-rays) to identify dental issues and create treatment plans accordingly.

7. Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they are comfortable, informed, and involved in their treatment process.

8. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, diagnoses, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations.

9. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

10. Stay updated with advancements in the dental field and participate in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Dental Medicine/Dentistry from an accredited institution.

2. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.

3. Proven experience working as a Dentist, preferably in a clinical setting.

4. Extensive knowledge of dental procedures, treatments, and oral surgeries.

5. Proficient in using dental equipment and tools.

6. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

8. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

9. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.

10. Deep understanding of infection control procedures and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
