Position Title: Sales Team Officer

Location: Chhattarpur



Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable dentist to join our online sales team.

This role involves engaging with dental professionals to understand their needs,

recommend appropriate dental products, and ensure a seamless ordering process

through WhatsApp, our bulk order panel, and the price requests module on

Dentalkart. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dental products

and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting

customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Engage with dental professionals via WhatsApp, bulk order panel, and

price requests module to understand their requirements.

Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and

preferences.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental products, including their

features, benefits, and usage.

Stay informed about new product launches and industry trends.

Sales and Pricing:

Develop and manage pricing structures for various products.

Prepare and present pricing proposals to customers.

Negotiate prices and terms to close sales effectively.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage

repeat business.

Follow up on orders and provide after-sales support to ensure customer

satisfaction.

Organize and participate in meetings with customers to build rapport and

trust.

Data Management:

Use Excel and other tools to track orders, manage customer data, and

generate sales reports.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to achieve

sales targets.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and plans.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree is required.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of dental products and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales experience in the dental industry is a plus.
