Dental Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• On time manufacturing and delivery of aligners with quality check
• Following correct protocols and quality standards to manufacture aligners and reducing wastage
• Ensuring safety protocols for the usage and do time to time preventive maintenance of the lab's equipment.
• Analyze production processes to identify improvement in efficiency , quality and cost effectiveness.
• It is important that the best hygiene & health standards are followed with respect to the lab area and while working with aligners
• Optimize the use of resources to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Ensuring that the aligners are trimmed and polished well with no errors.
• Maintain equipment on regular basis to ensure correct safety and longer run for equipment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production team and ensure they are completed effectively.
• Supervise and manage production staff, including training and evaluation.
• Address and resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks promptly.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
