Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Technician Instructor to join our team, specializing in advanced dental manufacturing technologies, CAD/CAM, and expertise in ceramic, acrylic, and orthodontic techniques. The successful candidate will teach and train students in cutting-edge dental technology, including digital dentistry, 3D printing, and advanced prosthetics. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring are essential.

Job Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Teach advanced dental technology courses, including:

- CAD/CAM design and milling

- 3D printing and scanning

- Ceramic and acrylic restorations

- Orthodontic appliances and aligners

- Implant-supported restorations.

-Give Good Practical Orientation to students.

- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Maintain a safe and organized classroom and laboratory environment

- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in dental technology

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associate's degree ,if or higher in dental technology or a related field

- 5+ years of experience as a dental technician or instructor

- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification or eligible

- Strong communication and teaching skills

- Advanced skills in CAD/CAM software and dental manufacturing technologies

- Experience with ceramic, acrylic, and orthodontic materials and techniques

- Familiarity with dental lab software and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a dental technician or instructor

- Experience with curriculum development and assessment

- Leadership or management experience in a dental technology program

- Certification in specialized areas (e.g., implantology, orthodontics)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
