We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Head/Senior Clinical Head to join our team at [Your Dental and Anesthetic Clinic Name]. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of dedicated dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the clinical team, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.

2. Develop and implement clinical protocols and standards to ensure optimal patient care.

3. Conduct regular clinical meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations.

4. Oversee patient consultations, treatment plans, and procedures to maintain quality and safety.

5. Manage clinic workflow, scheduling, and inventory to optimize operations.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe clinical environment.

7. Handle patient feedback, complaints, and resolution effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Clinical Head or Senior Clinical Head in a dental clinic setting.

- Valid dental license and certification to practice in Tamil Nadu.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent clinical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
