Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties:
• Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and dental cleanings.
• Provide dental examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' oral health conditions.
• Patient Care:
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients about treatment options and post-treatment care.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior dental staff as needed.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized working environment.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of dental equipment.

Qualifications:

• BDS degree from a recognized dental college or university.
• Valid dental license to practice in the respective locations.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-internship.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a busy workload.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Availability to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism.
