Job Title: Nurse cum Receptionist

Location: The Lune Dental Studio, Attapur, Hyderabad

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

The Lune Dental Studio is seeking a dedicated and professional Nurse cum Receptionist to join our team. As a vital member of our clinic, you will be responsible for both clinical and administrative duties, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.

- Assist dentists with clinical procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.

- Perform basic nursing duties including taking vitals, preparing patients for treatments, and post-treatment care.

- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental services.

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

- Manage billing and insurance claims.

- Uphold the clinic's high standards of quality and infection control.

Requirements:

- Qualified nurse with relevant certifications.

- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with medical software.

- Must live locally in or near Attapur, Hyderabad.

- Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
