Dental Assistant
Job Description
1. Patient Care
• Preparing patients for dental procedures.
• Assisting during dental treatments by handing instruments to the dentist and using suction devices.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-procedure care.
2. Clinical Tasks
• Sterilizing dental instruments and maintaining proper infection control protocols.
• Preparing and arranging instruments, materials, and equipment needed for dental procedures.
• Taking dental X-rays and developing them.
• Applying topical anesthetics and fluoride treatments under the dentist's supervision.
3. Administrative Tasks
• Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient records.
• Communicating with patients about their treatment plans and insurance coverage.
• Handling billing and payments.
4. Inventory Management
• Monitoring and restocking dental supplies and materials.
• Ensuring equipment is well-maintained and operational.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
