Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop denim apparel products for kids, including jeans, jackets, shirts, and other related items

- Create concept sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes

- Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer (kids aged 3-11 years) and design products that meet their needs

- Create technical packages and specifications for production

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in denim fashion design, with a focus on kidswear

- Strong portfolio showcasing kidswear denim design expertise

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop

- Excellent sketching and drawing skills

- Strong understanding of denim fabric, construction, and manufacturing processes

- Great attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
