lounge, art gallery and business centreWe are seeking a talented and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place according to established standards
  • Execute cooking tasks for your assigned section with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation during service
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and coordination
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in food handling and kitchen practices
  • Contribute to menu development and implementation of new dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen equipment
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and address challenges
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or degree in Culinary Arts with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and time management skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of kitchen work
