Male & Female Dementia Care Workers

Number of Positions: 3

Care Bridge Home is a professional home care and residential care organization. We are currently recruiting experienced male and female dementia care workers for the following locations:

• Ernakulam City -1(Male, Day Shift: Mon to Sat, Home Care Service)
• Thiruvalla-1 (Female, 24/7, Home Care Service)
• Outside Kerala-1 (Male, 24/7, Home Care Service)

Qualification Requirements:

• Caregivers with relevant education and experience in dementia support.
• Nursing, psychology, or social work degrees with practical experience in dementia care.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in dementia support, exceptional communication and engagement skills, and a friendly, reliable attitude. The successful candidates will be committed to helping individuals live fulfilling and connected lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including showering, toileting, and feeding.
• Support with medication management and administration.
• Provide assistance to enhance independence and daily living skills.
• Help with accessing hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.
• Plan, develop, implement, and facilitate social, recreational, physical, and cognitive activities daily.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of participant interactions and services provided.
• Report any changes in the client's health and well-being following the appropriate channels and protocols.
• Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.

Employment Type Requirements:

• Good knowledge and experience in geriatric/dementia support services are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
• Ability to assist with transportation, personal care, and social interactions.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
