Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business objectives and foster employee engagement and growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, payroll and training and development.- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.- Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future HR needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.- Drive recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, including developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing the on boarding process.- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary bench marking, incentive plans, and benefits administration, to ensure competitiveness and compliance with applicable regulations.- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership.- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations to support business decisions.Required Skills:- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.- 10+ years of progressive experience and at least 3+ years in HR leadership roles- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a proven track record of implementing effective HR programs and initiatives.- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Additional Requirements:- Must be based out of Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate.- Should be able to visit the office on a need basis in Noida.- Must be willing to work daytime hours and spend some overlap time with the Contact Centre team working in the US Shift.
