You are natural team player that strives to foster collaboration across channels, roles and functions.Key Responsibilities:Drive regional top-down demand and supple planning process for the region, by executing and being responsible for all functionality bringing plans from region to PM level and percentage market buying. Analyze, follow up, localize and optimize buying, selling and stock plans with merchandiser leads, ensuring bottom-up plans matches top-down target following the regional strategy. Ensure in and post season stock management, through localizing regional stock management strategies, forecast of reduction cost as well as ensuring necessary actions and follow up of performance is proactively identified. Implement and execute developments via constant exploration and implementation of how to improve the field of buying and stock management in the region. Be part of the global community by bringing successful examples and learnings, as well as rolling out ways of working of new initiatives.QualificationsTo be successful in the role as Demand and Supply Lead (Merchandise Planning) , you should have strong commercial focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You should have a broad merchandising knowledge and commercial experience that understands the total picture from customer demands on our offers. What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree/relevant qualifications, preferably in Business, Economics and Finance1-3 years\' experience merchandising, stock management, buying or planning, preferably experience from both retail and digital.Deep understanding of buying, planning, stock management strategies and influencing commercial agenda in the region. Good knowledge of logistics, allocation, store operations and omni sales combined with effective collaboration skills & stakeholder management.High level of salesmanship and analytical proficiency; is an advance excel user.
