Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Demand Generator to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Demand Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth for our brand activation solutions. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 06 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in lead generation and sales
• Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections
• Knowledge of building materials industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

• Identify potential clients and target markets through research and analysis
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by prospecting and cold calling
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects
