Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving demand for our electric commercial vehicles across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be open to extensive travel, capable of building a network of prospects, and developing associate dealers. This role focuses on executing the Hub & Spoke model sales strategy and marketing our products to generate sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electric commercial vehicles across Rajasthan.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Implement the Hub & Spoke model sales strategy to maximize market penetration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential associate dealers and sales partners.
• Travel and Territory Management:
• Travel extensively across Rajasthan to meet potential clients, partners, and dealers.
• Manage and prioritize a travel schedule to cover all key regions effectively.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Generate sales inquiries through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively presenting the value proposition of electric commercial vehicles.
• Product Promotion:
• Promote and market our electric commercial vehicles to potential clients and partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate stakeholders about product benefits and features.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all sales and product-related inquiries in the region.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts.
• Gather feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in demand generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry.
• Experience with electric vehicles or renewable energy products is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
