• Identifying Channel/Distribution network potential.
• Preparation and tracking of Dealership LOI and activation.
• Preparation of dealership activation project plan.
• Agreement with dealers xe2x80x93 documentation/financial/commercial/formalities.
• Planning & Execution of dealership xe2x80x93 manpower, infrastructure, Training sales & after-sales.
• Industry volume/market size planning xe2x80x93 Achieving & monitoring maintenance of market share.
• Providing sales management information by completing reports.
• Coordination with people across teams & levels.

• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Possesses the traits of being an extrovert and strong networking skills.
• Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in two-wheeler sector.
• Proven track record in channel/distribution network identification and management.
• Strong understanding of dealership activation processes and documentation.
• Excellent planning and execution skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise strategies accordingly.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
