PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Deloitte India seeks a proven \xe2\x80\x9cSystems Engineering leader\xe2\x80\x9d who brings the application development face to Deloitte and can provide a future digital transformation view to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements:

• 15-20 years of consulting or industry experience working with IT services/cloud services organizations or related industry experience
• Experience building cloud and systems engineering application development capabilities and creating on-demand cloud application development skills in open source and proprietary platforms
• Experience in design, development and successful release of world-Class products and application development technologies across On Prem, Cloud and Hybrid environments
• Exposure in modern application development platforms including low/no-code platforms
• Prior experience engaging with CXO\'s, CDO\'s, CIOs and CTOs of client companies.
• A technologist with the communication, consultative, and leadership skills to help guide major projects
• Proven ability to lead a technology business, including growing talent, driving sales, and overseeing successful delivery of large-scale technical solutions
• Experience leading teams in complex tech organizations that work with technology products at scale and make use of agile methodologies and tools
• Core focus on developing future talent by empowering direct reports with knowledge and opportunities to grow in their careers
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills while working with technical teams and engineers
• Leading project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client\'s project lifecycle
• Ability to analyze current state architecture and provide paths forward for improvement particularly towards transformation/migration of cloud application and data solutions
• Partner with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
• Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
• Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
• Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and staying abreast of IT trends relevant to client\'s business
• Balance project timelines and technical goals to articulate pros and cons of ideas or solution approaches
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
• Highly motivated and dependable
• Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions

EDUCATION

A Post graduate degree along with a bachelor\'s degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Basic Engineering, and basic sciences discipline) from an institute of repute.
