As a Delivery cum Driver at Ruchak Indian Snacks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for delivering our range of Indian snacks to various locations, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other distribution points. Additionally, you will assist in warehouse operations and inventory management as needed.

Responsibilities:

Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations.

Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel usage.

Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

Verify delivery contents and accuracy with customers upon arrival.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Maintain delivery records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and organizing inventory.

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules and meet customer demands.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Prior experience in delivery driving or a similar role preferred.
